 A good family option. Rooms are big and offer a good layout, but overall the hotel is looking a bit tired. Pools are quite average, though you can use the pool at the Sheraton, across the lagoon, which is fantastic. Restaurants were OK. We found the local restaurants on the beach excellent, and cheap. Overall, not bad for a 4-5 day stay.- 07-Sep-2005 This was a fantastic place for us with an 8th month old baby. I can''t stress enough what excellent value our room was (it included a kitchenette and separate lounge/bedroom area, and a bathtub). The hotel is also linked to four other resorts and near two shopping centres so we had plenty to do and explore, all within very easy pram access. We didn''t eat at the Allemanda Restaurants, but the nearby restaurants were all delicious and VERY family friendly. We really had a relaxing time. Thank you. We will be back. - 07-Sep-2005 |
