This property is centrally located, in quiet surrounding and offers comfort and calmness to the guests. It takes about 3 minutes walk to the main street where most of restaurants and shops are located and about 8 minutes walk to the cable cars.

 Friendly staff takes good care of their visitors with personal attention. Great breakfast. The room we stayed in was small, but with a refurbished bathroom (not all have that) and a fantastic wooden roof. Towels changed twice a day. Located in a quiet street in the the city centre, only a few steps from the ski bus (you need to take a crowded bus to the slopes from most hotels in Zermatt). A little bit pricey.- 16-Apr-2009 all staffs are very nice and making you feel like a family ..the breakfast is incredibly good and you may not need to have lunch after you have that nice breakfast. - 30-Sep-2008 Staff are excellent and the hotel facilities are extremely clean.
