 Location can't be beat, hotel is good, but nothing magnificent.- 15-Apr-2008 This hotel is located right next to the Alhambra, from which a bus departs frequently to take you to downtown Granada, Cathedrals, shopping, etc. The staff was helpful and friendly to our non-Spanish speaking family. The Alixares Hotel was overall one of the most convenient and enjoyable places I stayed in Spain.- 02-Apr-2008 Excellent location and as all we required was a bed for two nights while we explored Grenada, the fact that the swimming pool and garden areas were closed until May didn't really matter - but it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit out. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals good value (but noisy due to many tour parties.- 22-Mar-2008 |
