 Excellent hotel, absolutely beautiful and a marvel in itself. Staff were freindly, and service good. Spectacular views, beautiful comon areas and the rooms were spacious and certainly did not disapoint. I look forward to staying here again.- 18-Aug-2009 This hotel is one of the best situated that I have ever stayed at. It looks over the city of Granada and is only a 10 minute walk down to the main road leading to the shopping areas and the cathedral. A regular bus service (every 5 minutes) operates between Alhambra and the Albaicyn via the city centre. Food in the hotel is excellent and varied. Breakfast will suit all tastes and they serve excellent coffee. All the front of house staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out with period furniture. - 31-Oct-2008 Lovely hotel close to the Alhambra with breathtaking views over Granada and the Sierra Navada mountains. Very well maintained rooms and common areas, beautiful architecture and helpful staff. Pricey, but you do get what you pay for. The only downside is that it's very expensive to buy meals in the Hotel and there are only limited restuarant and cafe options in the immediate vicinity.
