exellent hotel. front of house staff very helpfull. i had booked two twin rooms but on arrival we were given a fantastic suite with living room area, kitchen with fridge and gas cooker, two twin rooms and an en-suite bathroom from each bed room. the only critisism we had was that were no coffee or tea making facilities in the suite (kettle, instant coffee, tea bags or cartoned milk) however we would stay there again, and i shall recommend it to any friends visiting cuenca.
