Location
The Alegre Beach Cebu is an internationally known resort, situated close to the charming town of Sogod on the northeastern coast of Cebu. You can indulge in bird watching, mountain biking and trekking in the rural countryside as well as observe flora and fauna and limestone areas.

The cottages are set in lush tropical grounds, offering views of the private garden and the ocean. All the accommodation units are fit with modern amenities.
Restaurant
Adjacent to the pool, the Pavilion Restaurant and Lounge Bar offer a choice of air-conditioned or alfresco dining where a variety of native and international dishes are available.
General
A well-equipped conference and banqueting facilities are also provided onsite for guest's to organise various events. For the more energetic visitors, the aqua sports area provides snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, kayaking and the house reef.

 The grounds are beautifully maintained, very lush. The beach, although small, is lovely. One night we went to see the dolphins. It was a spectacular sight - more than 50 were spotted. The food was a pleasant surprise for there was something for everyone, Japanese food, European food, local foods, etc. For those that like swimming pools, it also is large and quite nice. The rooms are spacious and in character with the local surroundings. Greatly recommended for rest and relaxation.- 07-Sep-2005 I would recommend it to a friend. Good diving facilities for beginners and intermediates, very professional and friendly staff at the school. Tiny critism,would be that drinks are not offered as a matter of course round the pool, you have to go and ask at the bar, this service would also enhance the attraction of the beach.
