An excellent place to stay, very clean and good facilities. Unfortunately spoilt by [your website] not providing our booking information to the Aldernay, which resulted in us spending two hours outside on the footpath phoning emergency numbers to get in and get a room. Make sure you get an access code and key safe code if you arrive out of hours e.g. 4pm Sunday.
