The hotel is built in a former area of the Descalzas Convent from XVII century, which is still occupied by nuns. From the hotel you can enjoy magnificent views of the Carmona landscape and from some of the rooms you can see the Caves of Batida.  beautiful hotel and location. reception and bar service friendly and excellent. Very poor restarant - v poor choice (out of 4 meat dishes 3 were veal, a non dairy diet was almost impossible to fulfil) - the service was poor.
