Location
The Alane Hotel Paris is centrally located in the city of Paris in France and is also easily accessible to the major modes of transports. The Opera house, Louvre museum, Monmartre and the Great Department Stores are all just a stroll down the hotel for the guests to visit during their stay.
Rooms
The hotel provides 32 glazing and soundproof rooms equipped with all modern facilities and furnished in a simple manner.
Restaurant
The bar is an ideal place to unwind along with a fine drink after a long tiring day.
General
Facilities such as internet access and fax are also available at the hotel to meet the needs of business travellers. In addition to the wide range of services and amenities, it assures all its guests a wonderful and pleasant stay.
 For Paris standards the hotel was good, although everything was cramped, including the breakfast room.- 26-May-2009 The hotel is situated at a boulevard and caused through the heavy traffic it is noisy during the day and even in the night. In spite of that we slept not too bad cause we were very tired from sightseeing.
We had a room on the 4th floor, the room was clean but very small. Service at the hotel is very friendly, breakfast was ok too. The best of the hotel is the location (50 meters away from the subway/underground and gare de lŽest), opening 24hours and the cheap price. For having lunch or dinner we recommend the center of Paris, especially saint germain des pres.- 09-Aug-2008 Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast room was extremely inadequate, 14 seats only in a hotel boasting 32 rooms, guests had to line up for breakfast. Breakfast was also disappointing and waitresses lacked any personality or friendliness. There was no satellite TV as advertised, if you didn't speak french you can forget about watching TV as the 4 channels available were in french. No bar fridge in room, rooms extremely small, housemaids do not knock before entering room, 2 mornings of my stay they let themselves into my room when my partner was undressed. Walls were not sound proof, we could hear people in next rooms and hallways, however, there was no noise from the street. Hotel is located in a not so nice part of Paris, I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend the hotel. 3 Stars is over-rated. - 13-Nov-2007 |
