As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious rooms with antique furniture and comfortable beds. The large bathroom with a good bath was a bonus. The hotel's grand interior, featuring marble and parquet flooring, created a lovely ambiance without feeling pretentious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Underground parking was available, although tight for larger cars. The location was close enough to major historical sites and the Plaza Mayor, yet quieter compared to being right in the center.

Despite a few minor issues, such as a lack of information about hotel services and some maintenance issues in the room, we found the hotel to be well-maintained overall. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, although it could have been more refined for a 5-star hotel. Considering the friendly rate we paid, we would recommend the Alameda Palace for a pleasant stay in Salamanca.

We had a great stay at Alameda Palace. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. We appreciated the generous amount of towels and the plenty of plug points. The best part was the excellent underground parking, which was easily located and accessible. It was such a relief to have a safe place to park our motorbike. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to have a coffee or a glass of wine at any time. The breakfast options were great too, with a wide choice available.

Spent Christmas in a very stylish hotel located just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were large and decorated in an old-fashioned style that gave a unique touch to our stay. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and water in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast service was also very good, offering a cut-down version of the usual buffet with plenty to choose from.

Our only negative experience was with the slow Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit frustrating. , despite the hotel's great location, we missed having a terrace where we could have enjoyed the sunny weather during our stay.
