This is the 2nd time in my 23 years travelling-à-la-carte that I
have no choice but to make a comment for the interest of other
travellers,& also to the credibility of your company.
I believe this hotel was a 4* hotel 20 years ago BUT NOT ANYMORE
TODAY.I suggest that you stay in this hotel to experience yourself
(please do not inform the hotel managemant before your coming).I include the "hot-buffet-breakfast-of-this-hotel" into
the "service" which I rate it as"very bad".
With kind regards,
Djoni anwar- 23-Apr-2007 Al Mounia is in a great location, and the hotel is adequate. It is a little on the dreary side, but so is Casablanca. I would say the hotel is a good value, and I would probably stay there again for that reason. If I had it to do over, I would skip Casablanca entirely and go directly to Fez or Marrakesh which is why you came to Morocco in the first place. Casablanca is like a third world Marseille.- 02-Jul-2006 The service provided by the staff of the hotel, evening, night and day staff was excellent.
All staff were very helpful and not at all intrusive. Assistance was offered free of charge
to deal with problems arising. The breakfast buffet is adequate.
The hotel is rather old and therefore bears the scars of aging. This applies to the bathroom and toilet and interior decoration. The emphasis is clearly on caring for the guest as a person.
