Location is excellent, next to Times Square.

Very well located, just off Times Square. Good value for money, but don't forget to check you get a renovated apartment!! Outside building and public areas (entrance hall and corridors) need serious cleaning up, but I think this was planned for the next coming months. I would recommend the apartments to anyone going to NYC for business or leisure, due to its perfect location and so much cheaper than a hotel!
