 This hotel is a little piece of quiet in a hectic city. You feel quite pampered with lovely teas, cucumber water and big rooms (especially compared with many other NY hotels). The one disappointment was the small bath towels - given the rest of the pamper packs I was expecting something big and fluffy to wrap myself in after a shower but the towel supplied was minimalist - more what I expect in Scandinavia!- 02-Apr-2008 Good hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms could do with a lick of paint but are fine. Due to the large room size and lack of overhead lights parts of the room could be a bit dark during the day but that's worth it for the larger area. Door to the kitchen would have been helpful when the refrigerator was noisy but again worth the minor irritation for the benefit of a full fridge and kitchen.- 12-Jun-2007 Great location.
