Very nice hotel, but quite far from the town of Decenzano. Facilities are very good: jacuzzi, swimming pool, ping pong table. Breakfast was decent, but not the best we've had. Free parking in garage. Clean.

This hotel was friendly and as it was between both Desenzo and Sirmione and on the bus route for both at 1 euro it was well placed and the village was also very friendly with very good restuarants.We took the bus from just outside to Verona(just over an hour)and had a good day there,the facilities were excellent and everything was spotless-we intend returning next year when the boats are running as they do not start until the end of March-this was a cheap break to see the area ie Ryan Air and the train up from Bergamo after 1 night there and the whole holiday was excellent

The staff is very kindly, Room is very nice, and the breakfast is good, we recommend this hotel for holiday.
