 Great hotel. It was central, friendly, comfortable and everything you want in a hotel, I wish I could have stayed another night but I already had the next hotel booked. The only thing was that I would have liked some better directions on the voucher. Only about 10 euro to get from the station though. - 09-Nov-2009 Overall we were very pleased with this hotel - decor, staff and good quiet air-conditioning - and I only have a couple of minor criticisms. The parking facility was excellent, but it was a bit of a nuisance to have to be accompanied by a member of staff any time you wanted to pop back to the car for the inevitably forgotten item. Breakfast was good apart from the orange juice and coffee which were both vile - water and tea recommended!- 20-Jun-2008 A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location at the heart of the old town. Parking in a nearby garage is also convenient. Staff were the most friendly that I found in Italy. Made you very welcome and helpful with all questions. Change from the usual attitude of why are you bothering me found in many hotels in Italy. Rooms well furnished in period style with all mod cons. Will revisit next time in Verona. - 18-Jun-2008 |
