Staff were very friendly, we were upgraded two levels to a wonderful suite, and the location was ideal for exploring Madrid on the doorstep of the Retiro Park. We also enjoyed the restaurant (great food albeit limited choice) and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who prefers the boutique personal touch.
