 Friendly staff, most helpful when we arrived some hours early for check-in: sorted a room almost immediately.
Spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location if you already know your way around Berlin.
Buffet breakfast also excellent. - 26-Aug-2008 Very good hotel. Location is very nice, next to the river with a boat stop at the hotel. Key Berlin sights are 20 minutes walk along the river. Excellent restaurants around the hotel.- 13-Aug-2008 Having stayed here 12 months ago. There have been a few changes in the bar area, found that this was uninviting and not relaxing. We had enjoyed having a few meals and drinks here last year. However not this year.
They have enclosed the terrace fully and on the night of our arrival, a piano was being played which was too loud and found it difficult to hear one another.
Other than this the Hotel is very comfortable and well worth the price. It is close to all activities.
