 One of the best hotels I've ever been to considering relative value in Venice. The staff was literally the best I've had around the world. Location is great and you would never know how close you are to the train station and a short walk to where you can catch the bus or cab. I felt so sorry for everyone lugging their bags through the streets (i.e. those staying closer to san marco). I couldn't recommend a better overall hotel and experience and I've traveled everywhere. Breakfast was amazing and their garden is so relaxing and beautiful. If I could make one complaint, it was that the air conditioning wouldn't go lower than 27, but hey, I'm American and used to wasting energy and so long as it wasn't a terribly hot day, 27C is quite comfortable and we could live with it just fine. I recommend this hotel to all travelers and it is the only place I'll stay when in Venice.- 03-Jun-2008 We enjoyed our stay here, and found the location by the train station convenient. The hotel desk staff are very friendly, have great suggestions, and all speak very good english. There are bells that ring each morning at 7, but we were happy to get up and start our day!- 16-May-2008 Delightfull Hotel with friendly staff. Great location near the Rail Station.
