 Staying in this hotel is more like being transferred to another world. Even if everything in the hotel was excellent it was the environment that gave the most to my stay. Sitting in my room after the beautifully sung vesper seeing the sun set over the mountains or seeing the morning mist vanish over them was just magic. Coming up to Montserrat over the day together with the other thousands would have been ok but to experience the peace and tranquillity after all the tourists had left gave an extra dimension to the stay in this wonderful place. - 18-Oct-2009 A nice hotel in a great location (Montserrat). The rooms are quite basic but are however very clean. The hotel restaurant served very nice food although it was very fish based "fancy" menu. The hotel can be quite loud as it is located beside the Monastery (which has late night mass and bells ringing).- 15-Aug-2009 |
