 The hotel is superbly positioned to the CBD being only one-block from the central shopping area of Perth. While very small, the rooms are clean and comfortable and fine for a stay of a few days if you get out and about. TV, alarm, air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities are provided but no biscuits. The restaurant decor is spartan but the food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The wine list is varied and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is limited but adequate -- especially the serves of fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful- 23-Jun-2008 The hotel is well priced considering the small size of the rooms and very basic facilities available.- 17-Apr-2008 Location wise it is perfect. The hotel itself is old and needs a lot of attention. Daily room service is very basic. We were surprised at standard of the room appearance.
