 Excellent friendly hotel in a beautiful situation, lovely surroundings and exteremly well designed using local wood/timber; good hotel for both couples and families; however, as reported in previous reviews, there was a serious lack of English from all the staff except for the General Manager and Restaurant Manager; this caused many misundestandings in services/products required and lost time; neither pools had permanent staffing so we had to ring every time for drinks and food; but we did have an excellent family holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent hotel;- 05-Jan-2008 |
