 The staff at the hotel were lovely, very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have had tea & coffee facilities in our room. The room itself was a bit worn out but on the positive side we had clean towels everyday, our beds were made and the bathroom was clean. We certainly weren't cold they have very good heating. We were unable to use the TV after our first night there as there was a problem with the aerial. I think we would stay there again, especially if you have these bargain offers on all the time.- 07-Dec-2004 The hotel is ideally located just outside the city centre. Trams went from close by to all of the areas of the city we wanted to visit for only 1.6 euros each trip. The en suite bathrooms were large and we also had a small balcony overlooking a wooded courtyard. Which was nice. The staff on reception were very helpful. My only disappointment was that the continental breakfast was a bit basic.- 17-Apr-2003 The aalborg is a good hotel which we stayed in for 3 days over a weekend in november. We found it to be a good clean hotel who's rooms were fine and big and had everything we needed over 3 hectic days. We did find however that the hotel was a bit out of the way as regards Dam Square/Central Station and the average cost to get from the hotel to where the action is was around 10euro which amoungst 4 people isint to bad either bad. The staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful and i would have no hesitation recomending the hotel even if it is a bit out of the way.
