 This hotel is a modestly renovated YMCA. The communal toilets are down the hall and reasonably clean. The rooms are small and spartan, like a dorm room. When priced at $40 or less, it is a pretty good deal based largely on its excellent location, the nice public areas and the very good restaurant in the building.
