 Very friendly, helpful staff, great location, fantastic views over the lagoon if you go for the lagoon view room (worth the extra). Breakfast continental and adequate. Very clean and quite spacious room. Very convenient for airport transfer as 2 mins walk from the Arsenale Vaporetto stop which is 1 hour straight from airport.
