 Location is very good because the hotel is situated in the beachfront. In terms of service, the hotel needs to improve its quality of service. Checking-in the hotel requires patience and long wait. The hotel does not provide toothbrush and you need to make an additional payment everytime you make a request for basic toiletries which some other hotels are giving it for free. - 18-Jun-2007 The hotel has a unique and interesting feature as it is designed like a ship. Staffs are very very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean... but the beds are a bit hard and not comfortable (so it isn't the best choice for guest who puts priority in dozing off into slumberland!)- 19-Dec-2006 |
