 Its on a quiet street so you can get some sleep but also only a 2 minute walk from the main area of Leidseplein. This is a good area to stay in at the nightime. There are lots of bars and coffeeshops and 2 main nightclubs aswell as smaller ones dotted about. Its roughly a 10 to 15 walk from Dam Square, but there are trams constantly going through Leidseplein square. You'll need to catch a 1 or a 2 tram. As for the hotel itself the staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful.- 13-Feb-2004 The hotel is in a great location. You have good access to the tram.
